Tonight Joaquin got his first taste of mac and cheese. He is still allergic to milk, so I made him mac and cheese using soy milk and vegan cheese. He LOVED it! Maybe this weekend we'll make him some grilled cheese using vegan cheese.
Joaquin is walking all over, almost running now. He can walk down the hall without sitting down. He was started in a new class at day care and loves it. Now he can go outside at daycare :)
