Practice Cake

For Joaquin's smash cake we decided to make a replica of an Xbox controller since he enjoys playing with it so much. I wanted to do a practice run to try making the cake and also to make sure that Joaquin didn't have any allergic reaction to the cake or icing. Here is my first attempt at his cake next to the real thing.

4th of July Weekend

Joaquin spent the weekend at Grammie and Grandpa Vickery's. We got him a pool to play in and he seemed to enjoy it somewhat. We have enjoyed watching these videos over and over.

Vacation

This week we were unable to go to Tennessee with my family, but ended up having a staycation here just the three of us. Here are some pics from our week at home together.

More Kansas Trip
